Items not Covered Under the No Return Policy

Please note that no custom orders will be not replaced, refunded or taken back. Sequins once cut as per designs are not covered under the standard return / cancellation policy. All our products undergo through quality checks before delivery, still you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, we will reprint your order and will deliver it to you. Return policy is only applicable for orders above 15 meters of single design

Color & Description Disclaimer

The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, quantity, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. These are non-standardized products and hence a slight variation can be expected in the actual product. The company has the sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns/ process refunds or not depending on the merit of the case.
